Daudi Mtwale is an environmental health officer and IT specialist based in Bariadi Town, Simiyu Region, with strong experience at the intersection of environmental health, digital systems, and public health service delivery. His work focuses on strengthening community health outcomes through evidence-based interventions, reliable data management, and practical support to frontline health teams.
